Rarely is there an audience prepared for what they experience during an Abdomen Canvas show, unless you have seen them before. This five piece death metal outfit delivers a non-stop barrage of face melting riffs and rapid fire drums in support of some of the most raw and guttural screaming the human voice has ever produced. Formed in Orlando, Florida during the summer of 2007, Abdomen Canvas is composed of former members of local Florida metal acts, Phineas Gage and Limb From Limb.

The band has emerged as one of the premiere purveyors of brutality throughout the sunshine state and beyond. This ensemble has crafted a unique sound that blends an eclectic mix of metal ranging in styles from melodic death metal, to the brutality of grindcore. If you are a fan of the metal genre, Abdomen Canvas has something for you.

With the independent release of their 2008 self-titled E.P. featuring relentless tracks such as "A.C. Flesh Party" and "Into the Dark", Abdomen Canvas plans to circulate and expand throughout the Southeast and soon throughout the United States. The band is most known for their live shows which brings an intense energy that pulsates throughout the audience. They have also shared the stage with major and indie record label acts such as;
